1. General principle
This website does not process any personal data of visitors. Neither cookies nor comparable tracking technologies are used.
2. Server-side logging
When this website is accessed, connection data is technically captured by the web server. This data is fully anonymised before any storage (IP addresses are not stored). Tracing back to individual persons is neither possible nor intended. A legal basis under Art. 6 GDPR is not required due to the absence of any personal reference.
3. No disclosure to third parties
No data is transmitted to third parties, external service providers, or servers outside our own operations, unless required by law.
4. Your rights
To the extent that you are affected by any data processing, you have the following rights:
- Access to your stored personal data (Art. 15)
- Rectification of inaccurate personal data (Art. 16)
- Erasure of your data stored with us (Art. 17)
- Restriction of data processing (Art. 18)
- Objection to the processing of your data (Art. 21)
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Saxony, this is the Saxon Commissioner for Data Protection (www.saechsdsb.de).
